Substrate Sentinel is a workflow automation service for import businesses. We use AI-powered technologies to track shipments and ingest, classify and store shipping-related documents.
The service is for businesses we work with. It is not a public consumer product, and it is not used to send marketing messages.
Customers and their staff may message Substrate on WhatsApp to share a shipping document. We reply on that same conversation: where the document was filed, or the status they asked for.
